So, like every season I am back with the Wearable Trends Section!! So, read up, soak up & get ready for fall being the fabulous and trendy you!
1. Burgundy
?Burgundy is probably the biggest trend this fall and the easiest to wear as well! You can wear absolutely anything in this hue and be on trend. A dress, a skirt, a top, heels, lip color, anything burgundy is good...
2. Leather
This trend is here to stay! Leather jacket, leather skirt, leather leggings, leather pants, stock 'em all up but remember, faux leather is the way to go ;)
3.?Oversize Jackets
Oversize jackets ruled the runway for fall'12. The jacket is supposed to be boxy and away from skin. Think lots of volume!
4. Peplum Outerwear
?
Oh how I love peplums! I know a lot of people are tired of peplums but I love this trend and I am hoping they would stay here for a long time. For this fall, update your peplums and incorporate them into outerwear garments. I am totally hoping to score a peplum jacket for this season!
5. Printed Pants
Here comes another favorite trend of mine. Printed pants are the rage this fall, forget the colored pants and stock these up. You can contrast these with prints, stripes or wear a single hued pullover for a chic look.?
6. Brocade
The golden thread has been running all over the runway and is a very hot trend this fall. Incorporate them in your jackets, pants, dress or even jewellery and look like a million dollar!
7. Matching Top & Bottom
Not a big fan of this trend but it was all over the runway in the AW'12 Fashion weeks! You can make these wearable by pairing a printed shorts with a jacket of same print and break them up by adding a neutral or contrast color soft fabric shirt.
8. Faux Fur
I am not talking an all over fur coat, just clever hints of it. There were many designers who incorporated fur in the hemlines of dresses, sleeves of jackets and on ankle boots. And remember...?
F.A.U.X ? F.U.R!
9. Graphic Pullover
The easiest trend! Cute-check, trendy-check, comfy-check....is there anything more you need? I am so digging these graphic pullovers! Pair them with pencil skirt and strappy sandals and you have...Chic-check! ;)
10. Army Jacket
camouflage is another hot trend this fall and it is also super wearable. Military inspired jackets, shirts and coats are easily available in stores like Zara and Mango. Go get one!
11. Ankle Boots
Cute, comfy and fabulous...need I say more?
12. Black & Blue
This color combination will be the hottest this fall. Pairing blue with black will be a fresh change from all the dull hues that fall/winter suggests.?
13. Reptile Print
Leopard print is SO last season! Lol just kidding. No, really! Reptile print is the hot new print this season and I have got 2 cool H&M bags in snake print that I will be rocking this fall.
14. Lace Collar
I am pretty excited to try out this trend. The collar necklace has been around for a while now but the lace collar sounds so much more fun!
